The Ground Water Protection Council is pleased to announce the release of its report “State Oil and Natural Gas Regulations Designed to Protect Water Resources”, Third Edition. This report provides a compiled list of regulatory elements such as permitting, well integrity, hydraulic fracturing, well plugging, pits, tanks and spill management.
