Conference Rates:
- Government: $575 (Early Bird Rate $500 prior to January 5)
- Non-Government: $625 (Early Bird Rate $550 prior to January 5)
- One Day Rate: $300
- Presenter Rate:$195
Cancellation Policy:
Attendees can cancel and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation notice is received up to and including 7 days of the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the GWPC, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the conference begins.
Registrations can be transferred to another attendee within the same organization/company prior to conference start date at no penalty.
The GWPC UIC Conference is hosted at the Sheraton Downtown Oklahoma City.
The Sheraton is a contemporary hotel located 10 miles from Will Rogers World Airport and boasts an ideal location in the area’s most dynamic neighborhood. The hotel is within walking distance to numerous attractions including the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, Bricktown, and the new Scissortail Park.

**Please be advised that our reserved room block allocation at the Sheraton is at full capacity and our block is closed. We recommend booking a room directly through the Sheraton through regular booking methods or considering alternative nearby hotel accommodations. Kindly note that the GWPC does not have reserved rooms at these alternate hotels, and reservations must be made directly with the respective hotels.
