Focused on groundwater protection, water quality, and underground injection control best practices and regulations, our forum covers a broad spectrum of vital topics including PFAS, produced water, aquifer storage and recovery/managed aquifer recharge, source water protection, environmental justice, geothermal energy, UIC classes I, III, V and VI, carbon capture and underground storage and more.
Beyond informative sessions, the Annual Forum offers ample networking opportunities to connect with peers, experts, and stakeholders.
The GWPC is seeking abstracts/presentation proposals for the 2024 Annual Forum.
We are looking for cutting edge, best practices and presentations related to designated topics. However, all presentation topics are welcome. If you have recommendations for presenters, please submit that information as well.

Conference Rates:
- Government: $625 (Early Bird Rate $550 prior to July 22)
- Non-Government: $700 (Early Bird Rate $625 prior to July 22)
- One Day Rate: $350
- Presenter Rate:$300

Cancellation Policy:
Attendees can cancel and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation notice is received up to and including 7 days of the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the GWPC, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the conference begins.
Registrations can be transferred to another attendee within the same organization/company prior to conference start date at no penalty.

The GWPC Annual Forum will be hosted at the DoubleTree Hilton Nashville Downtown.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from Broadway. Famous attractions like Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum are within half a mile of the door.
