Erica manages strategic communications and outreach for GWPC, FracFocus and RBDMS and designs and develops content for the web, Communique newsletter and social media. She also manages GWPC conferences and virtual events.

Erica earned her Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University (2008) and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University (2004).
